  1. Back squat: 84kg
    Drop snatch: 30kg (got 32 but dipped knees a bit)
    Did a couple of hanging leg raises to The L, then did knees to elbows

  2. Back Squat: 90 kg, these didn’t feel as good as monday. On the upside my left elbow did not hurt today after the back squats.
    Drop Snatch: 40 kg
    L-holds: Did 2 rounds then decided to stop as my abs felt surprisingly sore yesterday
