  • max reps of handstand push ups x 3 attempts to near failure
  • barbell ab roll-out 3 x 10-15

  1. Back squat – 88 kg
    Practiced HSPU again the wall after a walk up.

    The squats were a lot more manageable than I thought they’d be when I saw this workout. Finally felt recovered from Saturday’s 6×6. Stretching after shoveling my driveway this morning helped me loosen up.
