  • back squat 80% x 2 x 6 (with pause on first rep of each warm up set, up to 70%)
  • 1-arm dumbbell or kettlebell press — work up to heavy single on each arm
  • accumulate 3 minutes in a hollow-body hold
  • mobilize yo hips

    Press up to 55lb kettlebell

    Used a 15 kg beside my right foot to keep my toes from traveling during the squats. Felt weird but helped.
