  1. Squat 130kgx2x6 and it felt great except for the first rep of the last set felt like it drifted over toward my right toe which is weird because usually when I get out of line it is too far to the left and forward.
    Bench upto 105kg failed at 110
    Wide grip Pull ups 3×5 chest to bar on the first two reps of the first two sets, only one chest to bar on the last set.

  2. Back squat – 84kg
    Close grip bench – up to 70kg
    Wide pull ups – 5,5,3 (not quite snatch grip wide)

    Can tell I am still not recovered from Saturday. Legs feeling flat. Now a big dinner to get ready for Wednesday.
