  • halting snatch deadlift (minimal weight) 3 x 5
  • max reps push ups
  • max reps pull ups

  1. BS x2x2 100%: 75kg….felt strong 🙂
    HSD: 25kg…did 2×3 and 2×5 cause I still can’t find out the rep/set lingo
    3 rounds strict pushups (6) and pullups (2)
