If you have not finished the Sasquats Cycle, it is time to text your max back squat by making up Monday’s program.

If you’re ready to transition into the next programming cycle, do the following:

  • heaving snatch balance + snatch balance x(2+1) x5
  • 3-position halting clean deadlift –> build to a solid triple
  • weighted planks 3x 30seconds AHAP
