Most Sundays will consist of heavy singles. Today is not yet that day, but it will still be heavy.

  • high hang clean 5RM, -5% x5, -10% x5
  • pause (below knee) clean pull  x5 x5

OPTIONAL workout (as per the “conditioner” cycle):
-4 rounds for time (record individual round times)

  • 5 front squats (~70%)
  • 10 burpees (as fast as possible)
  • 150m row (as fast as possible)
  • REST 3 minutes
