  • high hang snatch 5RM, -5% x5, -10% x5 (compare to Saturday)
  • pause (b.kn.) snatch pulls x4 x4
  • 1 ¼ front squat @70% x2 x5
  • 3x DB circuit (same weight, no rest):
    -seated press x6
    -bent-over row x10
    -weighted sit-up x15

Don’t forget mobility homework!

    Snatch Pulls – 44 (Off of 20 kg plates)
    1-1/4 FS – 60
    DB circuit – 25#

    Forgot that the snatch pulls had a pause on the first 3 sets, so those were standard pulls.
