  • snatch (at hang snatch 5RM weight) x1 x5
  • jerk –> heavy single (for the day), then @85% x1 x3

OPTIONAL metabolic conditioning

  • 5 rounds:
    -15 unbroken Russian kettlebell swings (2pd/1.5pd*)
    -50 Double-Unders (sub 100 single-unders if unable to do DUs)
    -rest 1 minute

*scale as necessary in order to maintain proper positioning and unbroken reps
