**CLASS AT 5:30pm TONIGHT**
folks, the roads are iffy out there, so don’t feel obligated to show up just because we have class. Remember, you can always come in tomorrow to make up the lifting on your own anytime that Crossfit Charlottesville is open, basically the morning, noon, and after 5pm.

  • 3-position halting clean DL + mid-hang clean x2 x5
  • 1 ¼ front squat @70% x2 x5
  • 3x DB circuit:
    -seated press x6
    -pull-ups x10
