  • back squat @85% x2 x3, @70% x8
  • 3x: weighted planks x30sec AHAP

  1. Hang power snatch – 30kg (still addressing flexibility and technique)
    Back squat – 98kg, 80kg
    Plank – 40kg

    Added some OHS after the hang power snatches once my groove felt smoother.
