  • [snatch pull + high hang snatch] x3 x5
  • back squat @85% x2 x3, @70% x8
  • shoulder mobility:
    -single-arm DB Sots Press x2 x10 (light)
    -3x scapular IYTs (about 10 reps, extremely light)

  1. Snatch complex – 30 (started the first few from mid-hang then off of 10kg plates)
    Back squat – 100, 80
    Sots – 10#
    IYT – 5#
