  • snatch — work quickly to a heavy single for the day
  • jerk — work quickly to a heavy single for the day

OPTIONAL recovery conditioning:

  • choose your poison: air dyne or erg
    -10 minutes total work of 30 seconds 90% effort, 30 seconds 50% effort
  • foam roll quads and glutes immediately after
  • 2minutes each leg either pigeon or couch stretch

  1. Snatch heavy single @ 84 kg, that’s a 4 kg PR!

    Jerk heavy single @ 102 kg PR as a really ugly rep with a press out, tried same weight twice more and failed both times

    Airdyne metcon was a challenge to say the least

  2. – Snatch work from high hang. I had a couple decent lifts at 40kg but also some bad ones.
    – Erg kicked my ass, but it always does, so no surprise there.
