  • front squat + split jerk –> heavy single
  • snatch pulls (pause b.kn. every 1st rep) x3 x5
  • 3x 30 second reverse weighted plank holds (AHAP)

  1. Kid coverage necessitated an early workout today.

    FS+SJ – up to 67 (SJ PR!)
    Snatch pulls – 50
    Reverse Planks – 20, 30, 40 Have fun with those, guys.

    Still working on flexibility so snatch pulls were from a few inches off the ground. Lowered in from the top.
