Things are NOT heavy today. Weird, I know.

  • halting snatch DL (below knee+above knee+power position) + snatch @75% x(1+1) x5
  • halting clean DL (below knee+above knee+power position) + clean&jerk @75% x(1+1) x5

OPTIONAL conditioning workout:

  • ROWING interval sprints:
    -5-8 rounds of 250m row, rest 1 minute between sprints
  • foam roll!

    straight leg deadlift- 5×5@4kg
    one-leg box lunges 5×5 (x2) w/ 2x25lb KB
