Things are about to get heavy, folks. Rest up, mobilize, take care of yourselves, and remember that every heavy single is for the day, not necessarily a PR attempt (that’s in 2 weeks).

  1. Power Snatch 40 kg, 50 kg, 60 kg, 62 kg, 64 kg, 70 kg
    Power Clean 60 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg, failed 100 kg
    Push Press 40 kg, 60 kg, 70 kg, failed 80 kg

    Adjusting the staring position with my hips higher. Working well so far.

  2. Snatch 40 50 60 62 64 70
    Clean 60 80 90 and a not so pretty 100
    Push press 60 — 80 aka I was beat

    Really trying to put all the pieces together and bring the bar in. Slow pulls and slower 3rd pull is making this challenging tasks at bigger weights, but getting better.
