  • hang clean — heavy single
  • clean pulls @80% x3 x5

OPTIONAL conditioning workout:

  • 5-8 rounds: light prowler sprints ~20m down and back (rest while others are working)

All that lifting and sprinting might work up an appetite– come back to the gym at 6:30 with a Paleo-friendly dish and join us for some food and socializing at the potluck!!! Everyone’s invited!

    Clean pull – 55
    3 prowler push + 1 1/2 up and back

    Went for 67 on the hang clean but it wasn’t happening today. I’ll get that next weekend.

    Felt great to be back in the gym. Missed the Cville Strength crew while I was away.
