  • hang clean high-pull 65% x 3 x 3
  • snatch-grip push press + OHS 65% (of snatch) x 3+2 x 3
  • 4 rounds of: 8 1-arm KB swings/arm and 3-5 strict pull ups

    Hang Clean High Pull @ 40 kg x 3 x 3, really hard for me to grasp tonight
    Snatch grip PP + OHP @ 54 kg x 3
    KB swings with 35 # and 5 pull ups with green band per round

    Tonight felt great

    Circuit w/ 45# KB and 3 pull ups

    Been having some soreness in my rear shoulders. They are tightening up when I go to sleep. Spent some time smashing them with a lax ball PM and AM.
