  • snatch 80% x 2, 85% x 1
  • clean and jerk 80% x 2, 85% x 1
  • front squat 80% x 3, 85% x 3

For the snatch and the clean and jerk: If 85% feels excellent, and your form is not breaking down in any way, then you can take one single at 90%.  No missing allowed.

    C&J – 52kg x2, 55kgx1
    Front Squat – 75kg x3, 80kg x3

    The front squats felt heavier than I expected at the end of this workout. I was pretty easily able to identify the weights where my form broke down in both the snatch and C&J. Felt like I made a nice break through in my snatch technique today. Thanks Jon and Elizabeth for the great coaching!

    Everything felt great. I finally understand “pushing through the ground.” I think I’m coming out of my c&j slump.
