  • hang power snatch (below the knee) 50% x 3 x 4
  • hang  snatch high-pull (mid-hang) 65% x 3 x 3
  • straight-leg good morning 45% (of back squat) x 4 x 2, 50% x 3 x 2
  • 3 sets of: barbell ab roll-outs x 5-10 and banded triceps pull-downs x 8-10

    My energy was really low. Felt flat with no pop in my legs. Still sore in my right shoulder.

    Hamstrings have been a bit tight lately. Taking longer to warm them up. Feeling some improvement in my pulls, keeping the bar closer and driving up, slowly forgetting the horizontal hip thrust.
