  1. Snatch – Got 45 smoothly, got 50 up but it was ugly
C&J – 60 Missed it on the first attempt but nailed it after a pep talk and some great coaching from Forney. Thanks!
Back Squat – 120 PR (+5). This was a grinder that probably wasn’t pretty to watch.

I think I made some real breakthroughs this week on my snatch and clean technique. My pulls are still messy, but I think the classic lifts are starting to come around for me. Nice to hit a squat PR after this week’s volume and today’s heavy stuff. Seeing Adam and Phil lift provided some great inspiration.

  2. Snatch 65k
    C&J 80k
    BS 110k

Wasn’t feeling my best today, final exam preparations have been taking away from my usual sleep, eating and recovery schedule. Snatches went fairly well. Cleans started breaking down after 75k, need to keep practicing pulls. Squats went pretty well considering I haven’t gone over 70% in a while. Hit 110k for the day. 5k short of my best.

  3. snatch: 38kg…1st 2 muscle with slight push out…3rd failed. 35kg was looking/feeling good

c&j: 47kg…1st time missed jerk, second time went well

    bs: 78kg
