  • snatch 80% x 1 x 3
  • clean and jerk 80% x 1 x 3
  • front squat 50% x 3 x 5
  • reverse weighted planks x 3 holds (1 minute per hold)

The percentages for the snatch and the clean and jerk should be lowered if necessary to maintain near-perfect technique for all three singles.
