  • clean and jerk 60% x 1, 70% x 1, 80% x 1 x 2
  • 3 rounds: 1 minute weighted plank holds

    C&J – 40, 47, 52
    Weighted planks – 30 (last one was only 30 seconds)

    Now some slow cooked short ribs and mashed potatoes for my birthday.

    Wasn’t my day today. Felt pretty crappy after driving for 2 hours. Kept leaning forward during the jerks and got a nerve pinch on the last rep. Cleans weren’t too bad, once again forward on the jerks. Got a couple good reps in and moved on to planks.

    Eating a ton, stretching, getting ready for singlet wednesday.
