Singlet Wednesday 5/28

  • hang snatch (below the knee) 50% x 3 x 5
  • hang clean (below the knee) 50% x 3 x 5
  • back squat 85-90% x 1 x 3

Depending on how you’re feeling, back squat singles should be between 85 and 90 percent.  If you’re still feeling sore or tired from last week, keep it under 85%.

***Remember, it’s non-alliterative singlet Wednesday.  The wearing of singlets or spandex is required.  Big hair and sweatbands are strongly encouraged.

    Oly lifts were feeling great, nice to hit all of them smoothly. Squat felt heavy, something was a bit off, maybe just tired.
