If you didn’t max yesterday, you should max today…or Monday.  Just do what you feel, man:

  • max snatch
  • max clean and jerk
  • max front squat

If you maxed yesterday, you should do yesterday’s complexes with an empty barbell or minimal weight:

  • 2 hang snatch (below the knee) + tall snatch + 2 overhead squat
  • 2 hang clean (below the knee) + tall clean + 2 drop jerk
  • foam roll quads + couch stretch

…then take the prowler for a little jaunt in the parking lot.  3-4 rounds out-and-back, or until you get an awesome pump in your legs.
