Summer Saturday Schedule (and the first skill clinic at 9am! Gymnastics!)

CrossFit Total! (say what?) You can complete this either today or tomorrow.

  • max back squat
  • max shoulder press (from floor or from rack)
  • max deadlift

**the back squat is the most important thing for today. At least max that. We have not been training the other lifts regularly, so do not strive for a huge PR, just have fun and work up to a relatively heavy single. You might just surprise yourself!**
