If you did not complete yesterday’s Crossfit Total, please do so today.
Today there will be 3 separate stations. You do not have to go in order of the numbered stations, but do complete all tasks at a certain station before moving on. Please do the stations 1 and 2 in a group of at least 3 people.
- Station 1: light prowler sprints (25#s will do) x5
- Station 2: tire flips (about 10 flips per person. Switch off)
- Station 3: accumulate 3 minutes in a handstand hold
