and SUNDAY 7/27 after class join us at Beer Run for post-lifting drinks, grub, and good-bye hugs.

  • regular grip 1-board BP @95% x2 x5
  • 3x alternating:
    -weighted pull-ups x3
    -weighted plank x20 seconds (AHAP)

OL:

  • snatch complex [flat-footed power snatch + OHS + high hang snatch] x1 x2 (med/heavy)
  • clean complex [flat-footed power clean + FS + high hang clean] x1 x2 (med/heavy)
  • 3x alternating:
    -weighted pull-ups x3
    -weighted plank x20 seconds (AHAP)

  1. Traveling next week, so I’m maxing early
    Front Squat – 101 PR +1
    Snatch complex – 34
    Clean complex – 50
    Circuit – unweighted pull ups/40 kg planks

    Very happy to get that front squat PR but upset at myself for not staying tighter when I went for 104 (missed). I should have been able to get that weight. Bailing on the 104 attempt tweaked my wrist, so I took it easy on the snatch and clean complexes. Those front squats at 50 felt really easy after the big front squat work earlier.
