  • deadlift — MAX
  • strict curl — MAX

OL:

  • front squat — MAX (microloading is your friend!)
  • snatch pulls @70% x3, @80% x3, @85% x3 x2

EVERYBODY cool-down:

  • TGU x2 x3 each arm (for quality)

  1. DL- 150 KG (10 KG new max)
    I was pretty done after the deadliftd but tried the max curls. Made 40 pretty easily but failed on 45.

  2. 148kg Front Squat (+1kg PR) attempted 151kg and got stuck at the bottom. Hip did not like 151.
    Snatch Pulls at 60,65, 70×2
