THURSDAY STRENGTH WORKOUT

  • Push Press, 90% of 10RM/10×4
  • Back Squat, 90% of 10RM/10×4
  • Bench Press, 55%+ a little more, AMRAP in 5 minutes – GET MORE REPS!
  • Shoulder Press, 50%+ a little more, AMRAP in 5 minutes – GET MORE REPS!

    Squat – 81
    Bench – 36 reps @ 42 (-2 reps from Sunday)
    Press – 21 reps @ 30 (+2 reps from Sunday)

    Great to see Forney back in the gym.

    Unfortunately my motivation wasn’t where it needed to be. Just one of those nights where I wasn’t feeling great. Should have been able to hit 38 reps in the bench. There were a couple of singles that probably could have been doubles because I got a couple of doubles later in the round.
