THURSDAY STRENGTH WORKOUT

  • High hang snatch, build to a 5RM, then -10%/5×4
  • Snatch deadlift, build to a 10RM, then -10%/10×4
  • Bent over row, warm up to 55%+ a little more, AMRAP in 5 minutes
  • Pull-up (strict), AMRAP in 5 minutes (use assistance as needed or do ring rows)

ABZZ

  • Side Planks – 25 seconds holds/side with weight x 3 sets

  1. HH Snatch – 30kg, 35, 37, 37 30 50% acceptable reps. the rest was garbage. improvement!
    Snatch Deadlift – 80, 90, 80, 80, 80 pain, good kind, 1 each
    Bent over rows AMRAP – 62 reps @ 50kg P freaking R
    Strict Pullups AMRAP – 2 unassisted, 27 box assisted. zero pull left. good times. 🙂
