This is the start of our last week on the 10RM program.  Awesome work to everyone so far. Don’t forget to post your weights to the website!!

SATURDAY STRENGTH WORKOUT

  • Push Press, 90% of 10RM/10×5
  • Back Squat, 90% of 10RM/10×5
  • Bench Press, 55%+ a little more, AMRAP in 5 minutes – GET MORE REPS!
  • Shoulder Press, 50%+ a little more, AMRAP in 5 minutes – GET MORE REPS!

    BS – all 5 sets @ 100kg
    BP AMRAP – 53 reps @ 65kg PR for reps
    SP AMRAP – 44 reps @ 34kg PR for weight and reps
    Everyone killed it today! Protein shake down. Nap time. Zzzzz
