    Snatch – 40kg X 2 X 4
    C&J – 105kg X 2 X 4
    Pullups (w/90 seconds rest between sets) 5, 5, 4, 3, 3
    Non-weighted planks (all 3 sides) – 3 X 30 seconds

  2. Snatch – 42X2X4
    C&J – 52X2X4

    All of the lifts felt a lot cleaner and smoother than Tuesday’s workout.

    Not feeling nearly as beat up as I had been the last couple of weeks. The tendinitis in my right elbow has almost completely cleared up and the pain in my right hip has gone.
