Saturday 9/20 – Please see Notes

DUE TO SCHEDULE ISSUES AND MANY OF OUR TRAINERS BEING UNAVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND, TODAY’S STRENGTH WORKOUT IS “OPEN GYM”.  THE GYM WILL BE OPEN AT THE NORMAL TIME, BUT THERE WILL NOT BE A TRAINER PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE CLASS (THERE WILL STILL BE TRAINERS IN THE GYM DUE TO ESSENTIALS/INTRO).  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE POST THEM HERE OR EMAIL SCOTT!

SATURDAY STRENGTH WORKOUT

  • Snatch, 79/2×3, 84/1×2
  • Squat, 80/2×6
  • Clean, 74/2×3
  • Shoulder press, 65/10×4
  • Weighted planks – 3 sets of 30s

    Press – 30
    Plank – 45

    Still initiating the arm pull under the bar too early. Starting sets with a pull before doing the lifts seems to help that (Thanks, Thomas for that suggestion!).

    Bummed that I had to miss the group Chipotle trip.
