  1. Jerk: 62.5 kg, 67.5 kg
    Sn Deadlift: 64 kg
    Snatch: 42.5 kg
    Bent Row: Did 2 sets at 45 kg then stopped and subbed ring rows. The bent rows have been making my left wrist feel really odd. Rows don’t seem to bother it so I’m not sure what’s going on.
