  1. My daughter is sick. Needed to do this one at home with my crappy home gym set up (metal plates, sketchy makeshift squat rack and all).

    Clean – 120#, 135#
    Squat – 220#
    Jerk – 120#
    Bench – 100#
    Side Plank – 45#

    Then some kettlebell swings for fun.

    This was not nearly as efficient as working out in the gym. Between my suboptimal equipment and family care I had more downtime than I’d like. Still managed to triumph over adversity today.
