  1. Clean – 56, 60 (Worked on getting lower for the catch but it felt as though I was jumping under the bar.)

    Squat – 126 (Last rep was really sketchy but I got it. Forney would not have approved of my form.)

    Jerk – 56

    Bench – 54

    Side Plank – 25

    Considering my max squat was set on August 7, I’m really impressed that I could pull off two doubles at that weight tonight.
