    Squat – 130 PR +4
    Jerk – 56
    Bench – 54
    Side Plank – 25
    Great to get a PR after all the work we put in. I feel like my squat form has improved a lot over this cycle.
    Cleans felt good tonight.
    Tonight was my 1 year anniversary of lifting at C’ville Strength. Can’t think of a better way to celebrate than squatting heavy with friends.
