Week 2 / Day 1 (Saturday):

  • Snatch (power position working on getting underneath the bar), 60/3×3
  • Snatch (floor), 75/2, 80/1, 85/1×3, 90/1 if you hit 2 / 3 at 85, otherwise repeat 85
  • Snatch deadlift, 110% of snatch/2×4
  • Jerk, 65/3×3
  • Heavy side planks 3 sets per side of 20 seconds

 

Week 2 / Day 2 (Sunday):

  • Clean (power position working on getting low), 60/3×3
  • Clean (floor), 75/2, 80/1, 85/1×3, 90/1 if you hit 2 / 3 at 85, otherwise repeat 85
  • Back squat, 85/2×4
  • Snatch (below knee), 65/3×3
  • HEAVY Planks 4 sets of 25 seconds

    Hi hang snatch – 33
    Snatch – 41, 44, 47, 50
    Snatch DL – 60
    Jerk – 50

    Then some kettlebell play (windmills and KB snatches)
