Sat/Sun 11/29 and 11/30

WEEK 4 / DAY 1:

  • Power snatch (floor) + hang snatch from power position, 60/1+1×4
  • Snatch (floor), 75/2, 85/1, 90/1×3, (if you hit ⅔ at 90, keep going up until you miss), 80/2×2
  • Snatch deadlift, 120% of snatch/2×4
  • Jerk, 70/3×3
  • Heavy side planks – 3 sets per side of 20 seconds

WEEK 4 / DAY 2:

  • Power clean (floor) + hang clean from power position, 60/3×3
  • Clean (floor), 75/2, 85/1, 90/1×3, (if you hit ⅔ at 90, keep going up until you miss), 80/2×2
  • Back Squat, 90/2×4, 95/1
  • Snatch (below knee), 70/3×3
  • HEAVY Planks – 4 sets of 25 seconds
