Sat and Sun 12/6 and 12/7

WEEK 5 / DAY 1:

  • Power Snatch, 60/2×3
  • Snatch, 90/1×3 (if you hit 2/3 at this weight, go up until you miss)
  • Snatch Deadlift, 120/1, 130/1×3
  • Clean and Jerk, 85/1×2, 90/1
  • Front Squat, 90/1×2

WEEK 5 / DAY 2:

  • Snatch, 70/2×2, 80/1×2
  • Clean and Jerk, 70/2×2, 80/1×2
  • Clean Deadlift, 120/1, 130/1×3
  • Back Squat, 90/1×2

    Power Snatch – 33
    Snatch – 50X, 50, 50, 50, 55, 57 (PR +2), 59X, 59X, 50, 55, 57, 58X, 58 (PR +3)
    Snatch DL – 60, 65
    C&J – 60, 63
    Front Squat – 90

    The last snatch at 58 was shaky with a press out (definitely a “gym PR”), and I was catching these high, but it was great to PR twice in a workout!

    Everything else felt good, but the volume of snatches were catching up to me by the time I got to the front squats.
