Rest 10 Minutes, then start warming up for next part

  • Clean (below knee), 60/2×3
  • Clean and Jerk, 90/1×2… (if you are successful, go up in weight until you miss)

    My snatches were not on tonight. I was splitting wider and dropping lower as the weight went up. After the 57 miss, I took it back down and did some more reps to groove getting under it.

    Cleans were the high point of the night. They felt really solid until I got into PR territory. Worked on making my jerk drive shorter and crisper. The PR lift actually felt smooth. The two 78s after that not so much.

    With the C&J PR I set on Tuesday and tonight’s lift I added 2 kilos to my jerk, 6 kilos to my clean, and 8 kilos to my C&J PR this week.
