THURSDAY STRENGTH WORKOUT

  • Bkn Clean (working on squatting low), 60/2×4
  • Clean, 75/2×8 EMOM
  • Clean Deadlift, 115/4×10 EMOM (No “touch n’ go” reps)
  • Bent Row, EMOM, 5 reps starting a little heavier and going up by 2kg/1kg till you can’t get 5 in a minute, then drop back to 50% for 3 more sets
