Tues/Thurs 1/20-1/22

This is the final week of our current programming cycle

TUESDAY 1/20

  • Jerk, 78/2×8 EMOM
  • Front Squat, 85/2×2, 70/5×10 EMOM
  • Single Leg Split Squat, light/8×3 each leg
  • Military press – EMOM, 5 reps starting a little higher and going up by 2kg/1kg till you can’t get 5 in a minute, then drop back to 50% for 3 more sets
  • Abs!

THURSDAY 1/22

  • Bkn clean (working on squatting low), 60/2×4
  • Clean, 78/2×8 EMOM
  • Clean Deadlift, 115/5×10 EMOM (No touch n’ go)
  • Bent Row, EMOM, 5 reps starting a little heavier and going up by 2kg/1kg till you can’t get 5 in a minute, then drop back to 50% for 3 more sets
