  • 3-position pause snatch, 50/3×6
  • Snatch, 75/2×5
  • Snatch pull + sn deadlift, 100/(1+2)x4
  • Back Squat, 75/4×5
  • Bench Press, 75/4×5

Day 2 (Sunday, Jan 25):

  • 3-position pause clean, 50/3×6
  • Clean, 75/2×5
  • Clean pull + cl deadlift, 100/(1+2)x4
  • Front squat, 80/2×4
  • Bent Row, 75/4×5
