  • Snatch ( HB – use blocks if possible), 70/2×4
  • C+FS+J, 70/2×4
  • Clean pull + cl deadlift, 100/(1+2)x4
  • FS, 80/2×4

THURSDAY WORKOUT

  • Jerk splits, 50/3×5
  • Jerks, 75/2×5, 80/1×2
  • Pause Front squat, 75/2×4
  • Back squat, 80/4×5
  • RDLs, 90% of clean/8×3
  • Shoulder Press, 80/4×5
