  • Snatch (HB – use blocks if possible), 80/2×4 – Focus on staying on heels!!
  • C+FS+J, 80/2×4
  • Clean pull + cl deadlift, 115/(1+2)x4
  • FS, 86/2×4

THURSDAY STRENGTH WORKOUT

  • Jerk splits, 50/3×5
  • Jerks, 75/2×5, 80/1×2
  • Pause Front squat, 80/2×4
  • Back squat, 85/6×5
  • Shoulder Press, 80/6×5
