TUESDAY: Bonus day (if only doing 3 days, skip this and do the other 3 workout)

THURSDAY

  • Jerk ext + Jerk, 50/2+2×4
  • Jerks, 80/2×4, 85/1×2
  • Pause Front squat, 80/2×3
  • Back squat, 85/2, 90/2, 93/1, 96/1
  • Shoulder Press, 85/3×5, 90/2×2, 93/1×2
