  • Snatch Pull, 116/(2)x4
  • Back Squat, 85/2×3, 90/1×3
  • Bench, 85/3×5, 90/1×3

SUNDAY

  • Clean, 80/2×4, 85/1×2, 88/1
  • Clean Pull, 116/(2)x4
  • Front Squat, 85/2×3, 90/1×3
  • Bent Row, 85/4×5

TUESDAY (Bonus day – if only doing 3 days, skip this and make up one of the other 3)

  • Snatch (HB – use blocks if possible), 70/2×3
  • Clean and Jerk, 80/2×4
  • Clean Pull, 110/(2)x4
  • Front Squat, 80/2×4

THURSDAY

  • Jerk ext + Jerk, 50/2+2×4
  • Jerks, 80/2×4, 85/1×2
  • Back Squat, 85/2, 90/1×2, 95/1, ….. work up to a new max!
  • Shoulder Press, 85/4×5
