C’Ville Strength WODs – Saturday 5/9 and Sunday 5/10

Satuday, 5/9

  • Push Press, 10RM!, then -10%/10×4
  • Back Squat, 55/10×6 EMOM
  • Bent Row 50/12 reps, Bench Press 50/12 reps – alternate every minute for 10 minutes (5 rounds of each total)
  • For Time: For Time: 21/15/9, Deadlift/burpee (95/135)

Sunday 5/10

  • Snatch from high hang, 5RM!, then -10%/5×4
  • Snatch DL (no touch and go), 50/10×6 EMOM
  • HEAVY American KBS, 5 reps EMOM 8 minutes
  • Hill Sprints from sign to crosswalk x 5 (run up, walk back)
